A postdoctoral intramural research training award (IRTA) position is available for an outstanding candidate in the Human Immunology Section of the Vaccine Research Center in the intramural program of the NIH. Areas of study include HIV disease pathogenesis, the HIV reservoir and immune correlates of vaccine efficacy.
Applicants should have obtained a Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree within the past five years and have strong bioinformatics experience in genome and transcriptome sequencing data, particularly in the analysis of non-coding RNA. Excellent oral and written communication skills are also required.
