A postdoctoral fellow position is available for an outstanding candidate in the Center for Cellular Engineering (CCE), Clinical Center, NIH. We evaluate and assess the efficacy and potency of cell and gene therapies; the effects of differences in product characteristics and quality on clinical outcomes using advanced technologies such as Next Generation Sequencing. The candidate chosen will have an opportunity to incorporate whole genome technologies from gene expression profiling to next generation sequencing to understand cancer pathways and immune responses after cellular immunotherapy.
Qualified candidates should have a recent Ph.D with in-depth understanding of cancer biology, experience in performing various types of computational analyses on big-data based research projects.
