Transcriptional and Developmental Functions of Thyroid Hormone Receptors

A postdoctoral opportunity is available to investigate transcriptional and developmental functions of thyroid receptors in mammalian models. Projects utilize novel genetic models and a range of contemporary techiques to study factors that modify the cellular response to thyroid hormone. Approaches include genomic and single cell analyses in the endocrine system and in the visual and auditory sensory systems.
Experience in genetics, genomics or developmental biology is preferred. Applicants should be motivated, have good communication skills and have less than 2 years postdoctoral experience.
