You will be responsible for the research activities concerning the utilization of digital embedded instruments for aging and performance monitoring of SoCs, such as delay monitors. This includes, but not limited to:
You will report on your research in scientific papers in international journals and conferences, as well as in HADES technical reports.
As the University of Twente is giving a special focus and support for entrepreneurship and research valorization, you are also expected to investigate possible commercialization of the research outcome.
You have a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in digital nanoelectronics and associated tools, and preferably some industrial experience.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
As a postdoc researcher, you will be offered an employment contract for the duration of the HADES project (end date 30-9-2020). Your gross monthly salary can vary, starting from € 3.173,- depending on your background and relevant experience. Additionally, the University of Twente provides excellent facilities for professional and personal development, an 8% holiday allowance, and an 8,3% end of year bonus.
