The “latent reservoir” for HIV is a collection of rare infected cells that maintain the virus during antiretroviral therapy and thus form a barrier to cure. We are seeking a postdoctoral scientist to join an interdisciplinary team developing methods for elucidating the special attributes of these rare cells in samples taken directly from people living with the virus. Methods under development include advanced cell sorting, microfluidics, and high-throughput single-cell imaging and deep sequencing.Qualifications:
Candidates with Ph.D. training in Immunology/Microbiology, Molecular/Cellular Biology, Biophysics, or Bioengineering are encouraged to apply. Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed.How to apply:
