A postdoctoral position is available in the Division of Cellular and Gene Therapies, FDA. Our research is focused on studying the Immunogenicity of AAV vectors used in Gene Therapy. The successful candidate will work on designing AAV vectors with low immunogenicity. The project will employ immunological assays, vector production, purification and evaluation.Qualifications:
Applicants should have a strong background in molecular and cellular biology and experience with mammalian cell culture. Flow cytometry and immunological assays are a plus. Candidates are expected to be independent and self-motivated.
Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents who have resided in the US for at least 3 of the previous 5 years and have fewer than five years of postdoctoral experience.To Apply:
