We seek an outstanding individual with Ph.D. training in quantitative proteomics to join a collaborative team of investigators as part of the NINDS Translational Neuroscience Center at the National Institutes of Health.
As a postdoctoral fellow at the NIH, the successful candidate will lead a project focused on molecular mechanisms of neurodegeneration and will be jointly mentored by Dr. Michael Ward (Investigator, NINDS) and Dr. Avi Nath (Clinical Director, NINDS). Additional mentorship in advanced bioinformatics techniques will be provided by Dr. Kory Johnson (NINDS).Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or other relevant fields and have an outstanding publication record. Relevant experience includes advanced discovery-based proteomics (DDA and DIA), targeted proteomics (AQUA, SRM/PRM), and related bioinformatics techniques.To Apply:
