We are seeking a bioinformatic/computational scientist to join an interdisciplinary team with a focus on characterizing the cells of the HIV “latent reservoir.” Methods under development include RNA-Seq, ATAC-Seq, ChIP-Seq, and targeted genome sequencing, often applied downstream of flow cytometry or microfluidic droplet technology.Qualifications:
Candidates with formal training in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, Computer Science, Immunology/Microbiology, or a related discipline are encouraged to apply. Previous experience analyzing NGS data is required.To Apply:
