Cell lines culturing, transfection, CRISPR-Cas9, primer designing, cloning and sequencing, proliferation assays, soft agar assay, clonogenic assay, invasion assay, migration assay, wound healing assay, isolation and electrophoretic analysis of DNA and RNA, Reverse Transcriptase-PCR, Real time PCR, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation assay (ChIP), SDS-PAGE, PAGE, gel staining techniques, Western blotting, immunostaining, extraction of DNA/RNA from human samples, etc.
Special requirements - handling of experimental animals (mice) – tail-vein injections, subcutaneous injections, blood sampling, gavage, imaging, necropsy.To Apply:
