2-3 postdoctoral positions are available immediately in the laboratory of Dr. Junfang Wu, Department of Anesthesiology & the Shock, Trauma and Anesthesiology Research (STAR) Organized Research Center at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore, USA. Our research focuses on mechanisms of secondary injury processes after experimental spinal cord and brain injury (SCI/TBI) and pharmacological/gene therapeutic interventions for CNS trauma. A Ph.D. and/or MD degree is required with training in Neuroscience, Molecular/Cell Biology, pharmacology, and/or a related field. Candidates should be highly motivated and independent with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
