The Dissemination and Implementation (D&I) Launchpad Team is a consultation service of the Institute for Clinical and Translational Research's Community Academic Partnership (ICTR-CAP). It provides resources to bridge the gap between research and practice. We contribute to the growing and innovative field of Dissemination and Implementation Science, collaborating with research teams to address challenges and harness opportunities that lead to sustainable practice and improved health outcomes.
This Scientist has broad duties for supporting researchers, ICTR-CAP Programs and Affiliates, and community stakeholders with designing research with dissemination and implementation in mind. This includes consultations to investigators and their research teams on research topics / innovations, and research training and education opportunities. The Scientist will also lead the production of the popular D&I Research Short Course. This position also has an opportunity to serve as a Co- Investigator on research projects pertaining to Dissemination and Implementation Science.
The D&I Launchpad team of six includes two faculty members; the Scientist works under the direction of the D&I Program Manager.

Degree and area of specialization:
PhD required. Degree in healthcare field, public health, social work, industrial and systems engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience
A minimum of 7 years' experience is required for appointment at the senior level.
