A full-time postdoctoral position is available in the NIH Clinical Center, Pain and Palliative Care Service.
Clinical Center Pain and Palliative Care Service has an opening for a postdoctoral IRTA. Main responsibilities include involvement in ongoing research and development of new projects consistent with psycho-social-spiritual healing. The NIH Healing Experience of All Life Stressors (NIH-HEALS) which has been recently validated is one important area of focus. It is incorporated in several projects. There are ongoing projects, projects that are just beginning, and new projects are in need of development to further establish the NIH-HEALS.Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include management of ongoing projects and development of new projects (see above) including data management, writing, and publishing.Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have a Ph.D/M.D. or equivalent and proven record of independent research, publications, protocol writing and familiarity with the IRB process. Candidates must possess good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and an ability to work independently.To Apply:
