We seek a post-doctoral research associate to assist in studying the social dimensions of a coupled natural and human systems (CNH2) grant focused on understanding the social and ecological determinants of multi-host vector-borne infections in dynamic tropical landscapes. The primary role of the individual will be to assist in the collection, analysis and interpretation of information related to the social dimensions of the project focused on land-use change, human and animal health in Panama. The position is based in the Department of Anthropology (via the Tanner and Velásquez Runk labs) at the University of Georgia.Qualifications:
While performing duties of this job, the individual will regularly operate a computer. The individual will travel around UGA campus as needed for meetings. Additionally, they will travel for research to Panama and professional conferences. Comfort working in rural areas and around animals is preferable.To Apply:
