This Direct-Hire position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Tobacco Products (CTP), Office of Science (OS)
This position has a Basic Individual Occupational Requirement (IOR). In order to meet the basic IOR you must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher graduate degree in an academic field related to the medical field, health sciences or allied sciences appropriate to the work of the position. You must submit an unofficial transcript to show that you meet the basic IOR in order to be considered for this position.
For GS-12: You must possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent at to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service, analyzing, evaluating, and providing advice to scientific and program specialists on epidemiologic issues; reviewing, evaluating, and synthesizing epidemiologic evidence; and making presentations and responding to inquiries.
For GS-13: You must possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service,analyzing, evaluating and advising scientific and program specialists on epidemiologic issues; critically reviewing, evaluating, and synthesizing epidemiologic evidence; collecting, analyzing and interpreting technical scientific data as part of epidemiologic studies; and making presentations, responding to inquiries and writing reports.To Apply:
